Champagne Brice.
Champagne Brice relies on its supply of grapes coming from about 20 hectares, in particular from Aÿ, Bouzy, Cramant, and Verzenay, which have been since the middle of the 19th century, the 4 Historic Grands Crus, classified 100% in the classification of Crus from Champagne.
For this reason and the price to quality ratio it is of no surprise that this is the chosen Champagne of such prestigious establishments as Heston Blumenthal’s “The Fat Duck”, “The Ritz”, “La Trompette” and “The Waterside” at Bray.
The brothers, Jean-Paul, Jean-Rene and Reme continue to produce quality on a regular basis. With the grape harvest in 2009 being remembered as an exceptional one due to the excellent summer weather with almost no rain and sunshine, it has allowed the grapes to grow in the best possible conditions, therefore ensuring the continuation of magnificent Champagnes from this excellent house.
