In addition to our fine selection of wines, we continue to offer a selection of olives and dry snacks at the bar…..

Olives

Antipasti - mixed olives in extra-virgin olive oil with capers, garlic, rosemary, parsley, and sun-smacked tomatoes

Classic - a marinated Sicilian mix of olives in chilli-infused extra-virgin olive oil with garlic, bay, and black pepper

Global mix - olives from Syria, Italy, Greece & Spain

Moorish - Kalamata olives prepared to a Morrocan recipe with cumin, coriander and cardamom.  Aromatic and delicate but rich in flavour

Verde - gorgeous green olives with lemon, coriander, and garlic

Pitted green - green olives without the stone in extra-virgin olive oil, surrounded by Herbes de Provence

Pitted Kalamata - Kalamatas without the stone in Kalamata extra-virgin oil, surrounded by Herbes de Provence

Lap Snacks

Habas Mojado - broad beans in a slightly spicy batter – great with anything wet.  Broad beans never tasted so good!

Bayon Nuts & Seeds - a mix of peanuts, almonds, cashews, pumpkin and sunflower seeds; all freshly roasted and spiced with a Cajun seasoning

Sienna Nuts & Seeds - a blend of almonds, cashews, and peanuts freshly roasted with sunflower and pumpkin seeds and tossed in a Tuscan herb and spice mix

Harissa Almonds - freshly roasted and spiced with sweetly hot harissa.  These are amazing with a cold drink and totally addictive!

Spicy Sesame Nuts - hotter than you might think! Peanuts coated with a spicy, crunchy, batter

Pistachio Nuts - classic salted pistachio nuts in the shell

Rosemary & Sea Salt Reganas -  Reganas are a traditional cracker from Spain. They are made with extra virgin olive oil, which accounts for their wonderful flavour.
