Based on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, Paul is in the ideal position to catch the best light and images from around the North of England, spectacular colour images capturing the splendour and majesty of Yorkshire and Cumbria from the vantage point of a true explorer. The power, beauty and tranquillity of some of the North’s stunning landscapes are captured in a fabulous collection of contrasting images, allowing the viewer access to the wild and forgotten vistas that continue to inspire him.
In his most recent work Paul brings an original and quirky touch to outdoor scenes and forgotten sites. In a selection from his uniquely evocative “Remains of the Dales”, shot using his own individual and atmospheric technique, the artist shows his ability to create impact in the smaller details he discovers.
