GNW are proud to be sponsoring Hartlepool-based golfer James Harper as he enters the PGA Euro-Pro Tour in 2008.

James plays for Seaton Carew Golf Club, and after many successful years as an amateur golfer has committed himself to the Euro-Pro tour, with the goal of qualifying for the European or US PGA Tour at the end of the year.

GNW recently hosted a wine tasting for James’s clubmates.  The first, we hope, of many.  We hope to be celebrating James’s success at the end of 2008 and seeing him on the major circuit next year.  Follow James’s progress at http://jamesharpergolf.com/default.aspx.

Customers will know that for the last 11months, we have experienced severe disruption and inconvenience in Blossomgate as a consequence of the supermarket development.  GNW and its customers have suffered more than most, with access and car parking frequently disrupted or denied with no notice or logic.
